  • Shipping Policy
    • We take great care in ensuring your order is packaged securely and shipped promptly. However, once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for it.

      If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged during transit, we kindly ask you to contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information for assistance. They will be able to provide the most accurate updates and resolutions for your shipment.

    • We provide tracking information for all orders once dispatched. 
    • We aim to dispatch all ready to ship items 48 to 72 hours of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guideline only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs in your respective country.
    • We are unable to redirect orders to a different address once items have been dispatched.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Address Change Requests
    • Once an order is confirmed, you cannot make any changes. However, address change requests will only be honored if requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • USPS Says Delivered But No Package
    • We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages where you reside, we encourage you to instead have your package delivered to a work address to ensure that you receive it safe and sound.
